Omkareshwar Jyotirling Inn is one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, located on Mandhata Island in the holy Narmada River in Madhya Pradesh. The island itself is naturally shaped like the sacred symbol “ॐ (Om)”, making this place spiritually unique and deeply revered.

Mythological History....

Ancient scriptures narrate that Lord Shiva manifested here as Omkareshwar after the devotion of Vindhya Mountain and King Mandhata.
The sacred site is represented by two shrines—Omkareshwar and Mamleshwar—situated on opposite banks of the holy Narmada.
Together, they symbolize the complete and eternal form of Lord Shiva.
